Next run of nice days we have I'll take advantage of the sunshine for some better lighting.
This one is more transparent and less red than the one HLG posted a pic of.



The lower horn reminds me of the long-horn interceptors with the deep access cutout.
I love the beveled edges, gives a comfortable contoured feel when playing.

The upper strings don't quite align with the pole pieces at the bridge pickup.
I've thought about finding a pickup with the proper spacing but I don't really want to mess with history without some careful consideration and consultation with diehard G&L fanatics...what do you guys think?

There is another neck that was obviously made to go with her. It is unplayed , maybe someday I'll install it... no doubt it will look fantastic.

I'm guessing the humbuckers in these beasts are seymour duncans but I haven't opened the hood.

Both these guitars have 1991 birth dates.
